We planned to go from Miyagase to Yabitsu Pass, but the road was closed due to a marathon or something, so we hurried to Hossawa Falls, which we missed last week. We returned home before it started to rain, and had lunch with some of the sasai we had bought last week, along with snacks from Michi no Eki Hachioji-Takiyama.
On the last day of Golden Week, I returned home from Kita-Karuizawa by noon. It's raining and traffic jams would ruin my vacation. I took a nap and drank a glass of sake with a bamboo wheel. It's so natural and easy to drink that you don't even realize you're drinking sake.
I bought a bottle on my way home from a cherry blossom viewing trip to Lake Kamakita after receiving my bike, which had just had its regular inspection. I usually drink junmai sake, but I dared to choose honjozo. I heard it won a gold medal, and I had just changed the tire on my last bike, so I had just spent some money on it. Next week, Igarashi Sake Brewery is going to hold a brewery festival.
Izu touring souvenir. Purchased at Hiroi Sake Shop in Yuru-Can sacred place. Kawazu cherry blossoms were over and we were rained out on the way home, but we enjoyed Shimoda burgers and a set meal of simmered sea bream.
On the day of the funeral tomorrow, I drank alone with my father because it was the last time. Well, my father was a man of whom I could not tell whether he was a drunk or not.
Registered a new brand for the first time! It's a small sake brewery. It's a small sake brewery, and I never get tired of it for everyday drinking. The label is a little cool. Located near a touring course, so there is a high possibility of repeating.
I bought a bottle of sake to drink with sukiyaki at the Ishikawa Brewery, which is perhaps better known for its Tama no Megumi beer. I think it would be a fun place to visit as a tourist attraction. There is also a restaurant. Kameguchi, which is only available here, is filled on the spot from the tap into the bottle. The waitresses were smiling and kind, telling us to drink it as soon as possible because it oxidizes quickly. I also bought an oinokuchi (sake cup) and choshi (sake bottle). I have a weakness for limited editions.
The customary one-person barbecue party was held at Saizeriya, and as an after-party, we chilled out at a bookstore and a supermarket and bought the one in the photo. I don't feel at all uncomfortable with the book. I think, "Isn't this a bit ordinary? I think, so I want to feel newness in the sake. It was a Fushimi sake, wasn't it?
It is very useful to be able to buy local alcoholic beverages in drinkable sizes at convenience stores. The packaging also changes depending on the brand, which is fun.
