Store／Hasegawa Sake Shop Gransta Tokyo Price／1980 yen Taste／This store carries a wide variety! An assortment that you will not find at other stores, such as Isobojama, Tokachi, Saku, Matsumoto, and Jikin (hugely popular). I was looking forward to this sake as I had seen it often on SNS, but it was not my favorite.

Store／Mizutani Sake Shop (Kaizu City, Gifu Prefecture) Price/1485 yen Taste／A bottle of Gifu sake recommended by the female staff. The smell is not good, the sweetness is just right, and it is a dry type that goes well with food. The store has a wide selection of Kido.

Shop／Mochizuki Sake Brewery Price/？？？？ Yen Taste／Purchased on a business trip to Shiga Prefecture. When I went there around 6:00 p.m. on a weekday, there was no curtain and I had the feeling that the store was not open, but when I entered with trepidation and asked for "suimasen," the store staff came out and politely helped me buy the sake they recommended. The sake had a strong sweetness, but was easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. I'd like some acidity, but I like this one a lot! Sake is fun because even small, unknown breweries have good sake. I mean, isn't the label cute?

Store / Wakamatsuya Sake Shop, Itabashi, Tokyo (no parking, some people parked in front of the store) Price/1375 yen Taste／I bought it because I liked the mention that it goes well with Italian food. The old-fashioned aroma is not my favorite, but the smell settles down and it becomes easier to drink from the second day. In the end, I didn't think it would go well with Italian food. Suitable for eating in.
