Taste／I tend to avoid sake from Saitama Prefecture because it is easy to find, but I chose the cheapest one from Igarashi since there was nothing special I wanted to drink.
I thought the taste was worth the price, but after the second day, I felt it tasted better than the price! I think it's a good cospa.

Taste/ This is my first visit to a liquor store. The assortment includes many sakes from breweries that I have never seen before, and the clerk said that many of the sakes are from small breweries.
I bought the sake recommended by the clerk.
It has a good aroma, good acidity, just the right amount of sweetness, and even a green apple taste, but it has a strong alcohol taste that I don't like.

Taste: There are many kinds of sake that I've never seen before, and I had a hard time deciding which one to buy because of the stylish label.
The taste is delicious, with sweetness, bitterness, and refreshment. But it lacks sourness. If it had sourness, it would be a great cup.
It's good to have an obscure sake once in a while.

The sourness and sweetness are just right! The last Jyoshinin Jiheiji was good, but this one is good too! I've never been disappointed with anything from Kuheiji.
