Sake to be drunk with care I found it to be a delicious sake with a deep flavor that is free of any off-flavors. Perhaps because it has been aged for a long time, it has a roundness to it that makes it easy to drink. We drank it together while saying how delicious it was. It went well with chicken liver.

I was allowed to choose this sake from among about 5 different kinds of Chokaizan sake that I tasted. Refreshing like muscat. It has a sweetness that even non-Japanese sake lovers would like! We had it with grilled fish!

The sake you brought. It has a sweet taste with a clean aftertaste! We enjoyed it very much with oyster nabe! Here's another sake we received 🍶. It was a very exciting sake⤴️. It was sweeter than the sparkling sake we had the other day. It has the original sweetness of sake, but is easy to drink with a slight effervescence. I could drink more and more! Having said that, it was great to have it with raw chocolate to savor a little bit at a time.

The sake I received 🍶. I was surprised when the first sip went into my mouth. I thought it was from the sweetness because it is a daiginjo. I thought it would come from the sweetness because it is a daiginjo. It was interesting to taste the sweetness when drinking it while eating. It was a delicious sake that I never get tired of. I enjoyed it with sashimi, carpaccio, fried octopus, etc.

Fresh, as befits a morning squeeze! But the flavor and sharpness are refreshing. Great! I had it with oden goshi. On the second day, when I tried to open it, the cork flew to the ceiling and I screamed. I'd like to make another reservation for next year, but I'm sure they forgot.

My parents in Shizuoka asked me what kind of souvenirs I would like to buy for them when they go on a trip to Aomori. I asked them if they had any rice wine, but they said they didn't... But they said they didn't have any, so I started to wonder about this sake. I bought this sake at a nearby liquor store. It had a fresh, fruity aroma. Oh no, it was delicious! I asked the liquor store if they had any sake that would go well with the ehomaki. I bought it. The taste is good, but it's also quite crisp and doesn't interfere with the meal. It's the best sake I've ever had. The rice is from Hokkaido, and they are trying to make it fit the sake.
