ろくまるIt was a little early, but I opened it because it's like a month of reinforcement for drinkers with the bonus, Christmas, and New Year's holidays. I poured it into a glass and sniffed. The aroma is modest. In the mouth, it's sweet and sour, fresh and citrusy like a tangerine, refreshing and crisp. I'm writing this as I remember it, but I can't help but grin as I recall how delicious it is. Mr. Akatake calls it a positive sake. Personally, I feel like I'm having fun when I drink it. (Why is that?) Mr. Akatake, thank you for the food.

ろくまるNow, this is the Koei Kiku of Saga. There are not many stores that sell it yet, so it is hard to get it. It's sold out in my shop as soon as it arrives in stock, so if you're lucky you can buy it. And this time I was lucky! I'll take it! Pow! The bottle is opened with a pleasant sound. The aroma is yogurt-like lactic acidity. In the mouth you can feel the carbonation. The taste is milky, with a fresh grapefruit-like sourness and a firm umami, and it clears up nicely. Mmmm this is delicious❗️. And it has an impact and an unforgettable taste. I can see why MAJ would buy a bottle of it. Thank you for dinner, Koeijiku!

MAJGood evening, Rokumaru-san! 😄 I can't wait to see the reviews and drink it! I haven't been able to get it yet because they've been holding it for me! 😭 It looks like they're going to increase shipping volume with the increase in staff, so it's going to be a little easier to get them. 😆
Japanese>English
ろくまるMAJ, thanks for your comment! I like the layaway system 👍MAJ, please enjoy it! I'm waiting for a review 😁The increase in shipments is a blessing!

ろくまるThis is my first mansack. Daiginjo...Diamond...the word alone is intimidating (laughs). In the mouth, the ginjo aroma spreads in a flash. The umami gently spreads, and the bitterness finishes off with a little bit of kick. The balance of aroma, flavor and bitterness is so well balanced that you can drink it all the way through without getting tired of it. In short, it's very tasty. After all, I don't get tired of drinking most of the sake (laughs). Thank you, sunshine!

ろくまるIt is the first time this year. It is indeed a rare brand, but we don't have many opportunities to drink it. Well then, let's open the bottle! The scent is gorgeous but understated. And fresh in the mouth! And grapes! It's delicious ✌️. There's a beautiful acidity past the throat as you swallow, and the overall balance is fantastic! Just a little more, just a little more... and in no time at all, I finished it! It's still delicious! Very happy! Thanks for the meal 👍.

Mantahexavalent chromic acid Please excuse me for commenting ✋. For me, this was the first time to drink this sake. I know how it feels to be almost ready! It was very good 👍. I'm sure the rest of the Tansyu must be good too 😊.
Japanese>English
ろくまるThanks for your comment, Manta! I don't get the chance to drink tazake very often 💦 but it was really good! I'm convinced of this popularity (lol), and I'll report back to you when I see the other tansyu (I don't know when that will be...)
Japanese>English
MAJHello, Rokumaru! 😄 I drank a new bottle of Tazhu the other day too, and I managed to keep it going for two days. 😅 It's hard to find, but if you find one, you'll get it immediately 😆
Japanese>English
ろくまるMAJ, thanks for your comment! And I'm always referring to your posts... I bought the Koeijiku, imitating MAJ... I think two days go by in a blink of an eye.
Japanese>English
MAJOh! I see you got the Koei Kiku! 😆 We're releasing a new brew next week, so get it in a row! 😄 I always make a bottle of Koei Chrysanthemum because it runs out quickly. 😁

ろくまるI left it at room temperature for a while, so I was slow to open it 💦. The aroma is of ripe pineapple. The taste also has a first impact of pineapple. It's followed by a good amount of acidity and juicy goodness, and it's soooo sharp. I paired it with Carpaccio and it was very good. It goes well with other meals, and it's no problem as a mid-meal drink! And that black bottle is pretty cool too! Thanks for the meal 👍.
Japanese>English
spkhThank you for everything, Rokumaru! Aisan... It's been sleeping in the fridge for almost 2 months now 😭 Pineapple? I want to drink it, but I don't want to waste it, so I just leave it alone. The images are always so cool.
Japanese>English
ろくまるThank you for your comment, spkh! I know how it feels to be disappointed to open it, as you often only get to meet it once a year. I hope you enjoy it! I'm embarrassed that you even complimented me on the images (sweat), thank you very much!

ろくまるIt's getting cold. Tis the season for good warmth! The temperature is hot to lukewarm. The moment you put it in your mouth, it clicks shut and the flavor of the rice starts to spread. It's a decent mouthful, tender and leaves a soft taste in your mouth. I've enjoyed it with salted fish, grilled, crab casserole...all sorts of things. Anything salty without being habitual! It was. Niida! Thank you for the meal!

AkabuNEW BORN純米

ろくまるIt has been a little while since I bought it, but this is the newbon of Akatake that I was looking forward to. It has a moist and full ginjo aroma. Slightly tangy carbonation, fresh and gorgeous, just like a new brew, delicious! It has a bit of bitterness at the end, and it's quick and crisp. The taste is clear and robust, but the sharpness makes it perfect as a food sipper. Akatake! Thank you for the meal!

ろくまるThe first noble brew Aged Ginjo aroma It's thick and sour, with a sizzling, aged sweet and sour taste like a noble rot wine. As recommended by the staff at the store where I purchased it, I paired it with a sweet, and it's totally competitive! The pairing was a Japanese chestnut tart and cream cheese with persimmons. It's the best (laughs). It is not a sweetness that can be drowned out like cocoa, but a sweetness that complements each other. If you drink it alone, it's a very delicious noble brew with a strong assertiveness. This is delicious!
Japanese>English
ゆかちんRokumaru-san, I'm glad you're here 😀 I've been wondering about the Senjokou noble sake! I'm doubling down even more in the comments 😋 I've been getting into the combination of cream cheese and dried fruit lately. Persimmons look delicious too. I'll give it a try 👍.
Japanese>English
ろくまるThank you for your comment, Yukachin. It's really good. I'm even thinking of getting some more tomorrow if they are available. If you try the persimmon, I recommend the soft one.

Hanamura山田錦純米吟醸

ろくまるI drank it all up in no time at all! The scent is soothing and moist. It's mellow and full of rice flavor, which is probably what Yamada Nishiki is all about, and it's very well-rounded. It's a very satisfying bottle that is mellow and full-bodied, yet never gets old. I only got a bottle of this, so next time I want to give it to a guest! I can't get enough of Hanamura's world that spreads in my mouth!

栄光富士 愛山純米大吟醸原酒無濾過

ろくまるIf it's a glorious Fuji with an impactful label, you can't not buy it. The rice is Love Mountain "Love Mountain"...I like the fact that they write it on the label even though they know it's there...lol As the back label states, "exotic fruitiness", it had a distinctive sweetness, and the aroma was rich, mellow and delicious. However, I couldn't come up with a pairing for my lack of ideas, so I enjoyed it solo. To change the mood a bit, I dropped a few drops of lemon on it, and it was so refreshing and delicious too! Is that a little unorthodox?
Japanese>English

ろくまるI'm looking forward to seeing you every time, Glory Fuji! That limited-edition brew, Yinmeng Shusui! The naming is GOOD! The aroma is powerful, firm and present, with a slight tingle in the mouth. The taste is solid, with a rich, gorgeous, slightly acidic balance. Oh, it's so good!

ろくまるI've been looking forward to this nugget! Couldn't wait and opened the bottle on the day of purchase. The aroma is gorgeous, and the taste is fruity but firm. It has a good balance of sweetness, acidity, and aroma, so it's easy to drink. The crispness of the drink is great and it goes down easily. It's a drink I'd like to keep drinking forever! You're really good, Mr. Miyaizumi!

ろくまるThis is the first time I've tasted red dragonfly since I became a fan of sengfowl. It has a moderate aroma and a perfect balance of flavor and sourness that is typical of the Senjotori. It is a satisfying bottle with a sense of maturity that is typical of an autumn brew. I thought the label was cute, but my daughter asked me if it was a mosquito. I was told that lol. I'm sorry, Sentry!

ろくまるI was told by the restaurant that I don't like it, but I love it 👍. Slightly fumed, acidity and deliciousness come together in a harmonious rush. It is reminiscent of white wine, with a slight astringency. The aroma of Muscat that goes through the nose and the crispness. It's really delicious. We had it with cheese and squid fritters, for example!

Harugasumi山田錦 ひやおろし

ろくまるAs the label says on the back of the bottle, it is very good as a food juggernaut. The balance of aroma, gorgeousness, flavor and spiciness is excellent! This is one that I would definitely want to keep on hand. The label is very nice too! Akita NEXT5 Kuribayashi-san! Of course I follow you on Twitter 👍.

ろくまるShortly after opening the bottle, it was slightly firing and I could feel the melon. Delicious, mellow and happy! I've only chosen Sharaku and this was my first time with Miyaizumi, but it looks like it will be in the rotation. I love the chunky feel of this one! I highly recommend pairing it with something salty for a sweeter taste.

ろくまるThe aroma is gorgeous. There is a strong taste of rice, but it's crisp and refreshing because of the low alcohol content. For me, it was a little bit lacking in substance and simplicity, but it was still good enough.

ろくまるIt has a moist rather than brilliant aroma. In the mouth, you can feel the melon, which turns into a mellow flavor. It lingers for a while, but it is not at all insistent, and can be drunk without hesitation.

ろくまるA little short on the first day, don't you think? I thought it was a good idea, but after a couple of days, the flavor gradually increased. There's a bit of bitterness at first, but then the flavor is exceptional! It had a nice lingering effect, and I enjoyed it as a food sipper!

香穏kanonGood evening, Rokumaru-san! The Akatake Hiyaoroshi matches you ✨ I can't wait to see the changes after opening the bottle 😆.
Japanese>English
ろくまるSorry for the late reply, Kanon! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the hiyaoroshi from Akatake. I was able to taste it to my heart's content too. Not just with Akatake, but with any sake, it's fun to see how it changes after it's opened!

ろくまるThe scent is cemedine. When you take it in your mouth, the flavor of the rice spreads quickly and leaves a soft aftertaste. This is the first time I was able to drink it. I understand the high praise from everyone. I can't wait to try the other types!
