2018. Ripe fruity sweetness and Senkou's typical acidity are very well matched, making for a very satisfying drink! The aroma is also wonderfully ginjo and fruity! Both the recent Senkou Classic and Modern are 50% koji rice and 60% kake rice, but 3 years ago they were 40% 50% Daiginjo class! I could drink this forever... ♪

It is a lightly nigori raw of the Denshu. Clear and beautiful taste. Great acidity with a hint of fruit. The taste is overwhelming in the mouth. Then, it quickly refreshes. It has a solid presence and freshness. The nose is also very nice. It may sound a little bland in words, but this is really delicious! The second day is also delicious, but the first day after opening the bottle is unmistakably wonderful! Thank you very much!

It's not an exaggeration to say that I'm pretty much dependent on Senkou ever since I discovered it. One of my favorite series is Natur. It's made with a 90% rice polishing ratio in a traditional sake making process. When I imagine it, I wonder if it tastes good. But once you experience it, you will be captivated by its taste. But once you experience it, you'll be captivated by its taste. It's as irresistible as ever. The sense of unity of flavors from the domaine (there is a big possibility that this is an exaggerated image) Umami, acidity, and bitterness that rushes in! 0 is the silky feeling added to it! I got this Kuroban by slipping in. It has a pleasant ginjo aroma. Yeah, yeah. It looks delicious😁. The mouthfeel comes in smoothly, and the sweetness and flavor spread slowly. The sweet and delicious aftertaste lasts for a while. The overall taste is gentle and round. I'm glad I was able to drink it❗️.

This time, it's Sairei's undiluted sake. The Junmai Ginjo we drank the other day was a sake where you could feel the umami, sweetness and sourness together. The aroma is a beautiful ginjo scent. The mouthfeel is tart and sweet, but in the second half, the beautiful acidity stands out and leaves a gorgeous impression in the finish! The raw freshness and beautiful acidity are so good! Heh 😁 this is delicious and fun! I'll continue to check it out in the future.

Sairei is full of vigor right now! We bought two bottles of raw sake and this one first. The aroma is modest. After feeling the umami on the tip of the tongue, the moment you swallow it, the sweetness, umami, and sourness spread in unison! I imagined it to be a gorgeous fruity wine, but I was wrong in a good way. It's certainly delicious! I'm looking forward to the next one.

It's been a while since I've seen you, Autumn Sakura. I didn't know it had dropped in price! The Shinsei-like sourness comes first, but the overall impression is round. It also has a touch of astringency at the end to finish it off nicely. I haven't had any other Colors in a while, so I can't make an exact comparison, but I'm guessing it's the flavor wrapped around the acidity. It's definitely delicious, and with the price dropping it's going to be an easier option to drink more often 🤗.

This is my first Omine. When I first opened the bottle, I thought it was banana! But as I kept drinking it, I got the impression that it was sweet and sour. But as I continued to drink it, I got the impression that it was sweet and sour. The sweetness, moist acidity, and the mellow flavor of Yamadanishiki spread out. The balance of the whole is better after the second day than the first day. I paired it with cream cheese and walnuts, and it was a perfect pairing. The first impression was so strong that I wondered if it was an unmatch. I thought it might be a mismatch, but it went well with processed fish like bamboo rings. I always chase after gorgeous and mellow wines and miss the chance to drink dry ones, so I selected Sanzenmori, which I have never had before. The acidity is not too strong, and after that there is a strong umami taste, but it goes away quickly with a strong finish. It has a dry and refreshing taste, but it also has the aroma and beauty of a Daiginjo. It's more than worth the price! We've also tried it warmed, but it's better chilled! It goes well with all kinds of food, and it's perfect as a food sake, but pot-au-feu was the best for me! Thank you Sanzenmori for the food!

I'm teleworking from today. It's been a while, but it's hard to concentrate. Well, this is my first Nabeshima. I was afraid to open the bottle because it was labeled "Caution open". It made a cheerful sound and opened without any problem. The mouthfeel is thick but also tingly. The sweetness comes first, and the flavor spreads slowly and moistly. It's full and heavy, but it's also fresh and not stubborn. There is a slight astringency at the end, and the complexity is fun! At first I felt that it was a little heavy, but as I continued to drink it, the taste won out and I ended up guzzling it down. Oh, and by the way, this is my first time drinking Osan Nishiki! Thanks for the food!

My favorite brand, Kido's Junmai Daiginjo Shibata Toji's pursuit of flavor! So I had no choice but to drink it. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, a sweetness that spreads quickly, and a flavor that seems to soak in. It's delicious! I gulped it down, and it went down easy. I thought my stomach might be a little tired from drinking alone all day. It was an illusion that I thought. Be ambitious! It's true that the appeal of sake should be communicated more and more.

Considering the capacity of my refrigerator, I always buy mainly four-pack bottles, but I had prepared Hanabe for a light dinner with friends at the end of the year. However, I decided to refrain from drinking it because of the current situation, so I had to open it alone. Whether you open it lonely or bright, it's still Hanamura! Great taste as expected❗️ It has a rich flavor and a sweetness that is not too overbearing, and it is harmonious, and it has a pleasant acidity that washes them away. I also had the end of the year and the New Year, albeit in a very small way, and I was chipping away at the sake I was looking forward to. This is the first bottle of it. Sawaya Matsumoto Dry Junmai As I am from Kyoto, I would like to drink as much as I can of Matsumotosan's pre-2020 products. First, at room temperature. It has a moderate aroma, dryness, and plenty of flavor. When heated, you can feel the richness of the rice, and the acidity gives it a crisp, smart image. Anyway, the specs are good enough for a standard everyday sake. Thank you Matsumotosan for the treat!

The 3rd bottle of Senkou week It's a new sake. The lid suddenly flew off! I wasn't expecting it so I was surprised😁. How does it taste? Oh! This is a grape! The balance of flavor, acidity, and astringency is perfect 🤗. The sharpness is good too! It reminds me of white wine, but it is still "Senkou's sake". I'd like to drink the three new siblings (Arabashiri, Nakadori and Sime) too!

The second bottle of Senkou Week. This is the classic 2018 vintage Kamenoo 2019 version. Immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel the tingling but it's moist and the flavor is deep. The acidity is there but only pleasant and can be savored slowly and deliberately. I never thought I could taste a Senkou with such a different atmosphere with the passage of time! Mmmm delicious...
