Ripe fruity sweetness and Senkou's typical acidity are very well matched, making for a very satisfying drink!
The aroma is also wonderfully ginjo and fruity!
Both the recent Senkou Classic and Modern are 50% koji rice and 60% kake rice, but 3 years ago they were 40% 50% Daiginjo class!
I could drink this forever... ♪
