ろくまるSairei is full of vigor right now!
We bought two bottles of raw sake and this one first.
The aroma is modest.
After feeling the umami on the tip of the tongue, the moment you swallow it, the sweetness, umami, and sourness spread in unison!
I imagined it to be a gorgeous fruity wine, but I was wrong in a good way.
It's certainly delicious!
I'm looking forward to the next one.
