This is my first Omine.
When I first opened the bottle, I thought it was banana! But as I kept drinking it, I got the impression that it was sweet and sour. But as I continued to drink it, I got the impression that it was sweet and sour.
The sweetness, moist acidity, and the mellow flavor of Yamadanishiki spread out.
The balance of the whole is better after the second day than the first day.
I paired it with cream cheese and walnuts, and it was a perfect pairing.
The first impression was so strong that I wondered if it was an unmatch. I thought it might be a mismatch, but it went well with processed fish like bamboo rings.
It's no good to make selfish assumptions.
