The 3rd bottle of Senkou week
It's a new sake.
The lid suddenly flew off!
I wasn't expecting it so I was surprised😁.
How does it taste?
Oh! This is a grape! The balance of flavor, acidity, and astringency is perfect 🤗.
The sharpness is good too!
It reminds me of white wine, but it is still "Senkou's sake".
I'd like to drink the three new siblings (Arabashiri, Nakadori and Sime) too!
