The second bottle of Senkou Week.
This is the classic 2018 vintage Kamenoo 2019 version.
Immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel the tingling but it's moist and the flavor is deep. The acidity is there but only pleasant and can be savored slowly and deliberately.
I never thought I could taste a Senkou with such a different atmosphere with the passage of time!
