I always chase after gorgeous and mellow wines and miss the chance to drink dry ones, so I selected Sanzenmori, which I have never had before.
The acidity is not too strong, and after that there is a strong umami taste, but it goes away quickly with a strong finish.
It has a dry and refreshing taste, but it also has the aroma and beauty of a Daiginjo. It's more than worth the price!
We've also tried it warmed, but it's better chilled!
It goes well with all kinds of food, and it's perfect as a food sake, but pot-au-feu was the best for me!
Thank you Sanzenmori for the food!
