This sake has less of a melon flavor than the regular Sakiyabi, and more of a carbonated gas flavor. The aroma is mild, but the taste is very strong!
But it is difficult to describe what it tastes like ( ´-̫̥ -̥` )
The sourness is mild, the sweetness is mild, the bitterness is mild.
Only the taste of the rice is there! Is it like that?
You can drink it easily and it will not interfere with any meal.
It is an excellent sake for eating. It's a delicious sake from Guemma!
