The other day, when I was in Asahikawa, I stopped by a sake brewery where I I bought this sake at a sake brewery I stopped by when I was in Asahikawa the other day. This sake brewery moved from Gifu to Higashikawa last year. This Junmai Daiginjo is made with Kitashizuku from Hokkaido. It is not that fruity. It is not so fruity, but the delicious rice flavor and clean aroma whet the appetite. It was a beautiful sake. Thank you!

We received a rare sake called No.6 R-type Direct Pass at our favorite restaurant. It is said to be bottled by a method called "nokumi". It has a nice lot number! I guess the point is that we extracted the best part of the tank. The flavor is a little richer and more acidic than the usual R. It tastes a little thicker and more acidic than regular R. I am an ordinary person, and I honestly can't feel much difference between this and a regular R. I honestly couldn't feel much difference between it and the regular R. But it was so delicious that I finished a bottle in no time at all. I'm so happy~ (*'omega' *)

Today is Gakki's Queen-chan. The alcohol content is also interesting with Queen's 12 degrees. It's fruity like a muscat with just the right amount of acidity. The flavor is concentrated and delicious. I'm really surprised that this is a junmai sake! Thank you very much for the sake.

Finally, the sake you've always wanted to try! Only 10% polished ultra pure sake. Mixed yeast from No.1 to No.6. Slightly effervescent in the mouth. It is very thick and thicker than anything I have ever tasted. It has a rich taste like nothing you have ever tasted before. The flavor of rice is overwhelming. It was a new discovery for me. I was able to make a new discovery with this bottle. Thank you!

Kido is a stable taste. The soft taste of hiyaoroshi is followed by a nice sharpness. It goes down like water. It was a perfect marriage with the butter sauteed Oshimeji mushrooms and scallops from Tamba and the grilled Hokke. It was a happy dinner 🎵.

Sparklers with a night breeze and feeling the lingering summer heat. The quality of the sake is as beautiful as the label. Fruity and refreshing, it is a little low at 13% alcohol by volume. The assemblage of Omachi, Yamadanishiki, and Kame-no-o is also rare. It was delicious! It's almost time for hiyaoroshi. Looking forward to it!

When I learned that Yuki no Bijin also brews sake with No. 6 yeast, I bought it. The aroma, acidity, and umami are typical of No. 6 yeast. It is indeed delicious! It's super dry, so it's clean and sharp, but it's also very light and refreshing. The alcohol content is also high, so I drank about 1/3 of the bottle and called it a day. I will enjoy it again tomorrow.

I wanted to try Hana-yosu. On the occasion of my trip to Kawagoe (main) Finally at the restaurant I've been wanting to visit! It was smooth on the palate and extremely well-balanced.
