I received this bottle as a birthday gift from my favorite master. This is the second bottle of Urakasestyle this year. This time I enjoyed it at home. It is still delicious! It has a green apple-like fruity aroma and light acidity. The aftertaste is sharp and not too heavy. It has a sense of unity and balance despite being brewed at seven different breweries! If there is another one next year, I definitely want to drink it!

It was a bit of an important time, so I refrained from going to the restaurant and had dinner at home. It's been a while since I've had a Houou Mita, and I've always wanted to try a Hou! It is fragrant, gorgeous, crisp, and easy to drink. It's so good! I found myself with a 4-gouple bottle empty.

Tonight's drink is a viridian from Shinsei. It is made from Misanishiki, a cross between Miyamanishiki and Yamadanishiki. Actually, this is my first time drinking it. It does not have the strong acidity of No. 6, but it is a well-balanced sake. It is a well-balanced sake without the strong acidity of No. 6. It is more masculine than delicate. It's definitely delicious!

DATE SEVEN, the Tanabata ban on sake, at my favorite restaurant (*^^*) It is so luxurious to be able to drink limited edition sake brewed by 7 breweries on July 7 🎵By the way, it's my birthday lol. The taste is as expected. Both Koganezawa and Urakasumi are gorgeous but have their own character, and I was so happy🍀 to be able to compare them! Thanks to the 7 breweries! I hope you keep doing this every year!

A little out of season, but I got my favorite Obuse stocked up at my favorite store! This sake is made with a mixed fermentation of KONKA 1~6 yeast and natural fungi, with a rice polishing ratio of 70%. It's hard to remember the name... It has a strong, powerful, mellow taste, but you can drink it without getting tired of it. The Obuse sake I've had so far has been very floral, so I think this one is a little different. But what is delicious is delicious. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Hard-to-find Ura-nabeshima at my favorite store! It seems that the "Ura" is made by bottling the first "arabashiri" part and the "seme" part left at the bottom of the tank from the normal Nabeshima tank. The taste is fruity and ricey, with a clean aftertaste, as expected.

At my favorite restaurant. Junmai Daiginjo of Tasake. Beautiful sake quality and excellent balance. The rice flavor is still there, and you can enjoy it without any snacks. Delicious! Thank you very much!

I wanted to drink it, but there was no time to open it. Open the bottle before it's out of season! It has a strong effervescence and nigorigo. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fresh acidity from the bubbles, followed by the umami and sweetness of rice. After that, the rice flavor and sweetness explodes! This is good! I left half of the bottle and will enjoy it again tomorrow.

I was attracted by the cool etitcet, so I tried it, and wow, it's so good! I have never had such a beautiful sake! You can keep drinking it without getting tired of it. It was Beyond X until last year, but this year it seems to be Beyond C in order to overcome Corona.

Yamama. I had never heard of this brand before, but it's incredibly tasty! It has a gorgeous and slightly gaseous taste with a good flavor of rice. The "No. 13" means that this is the 13th tank of sake brewed this year.

I bought it because of the unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is by far the best sake I have ever had in the south. It is fruity and crisp, and has the best balance (^-^)

Tasake's spring limited edition sake. It is made from a rice called Hanamoi from Aomori. It is as gorgeous as it looks, with a refreshing acidity and freshness that I really like. I like to drink it on a sunny and refreshing day like today. If I see it again next year, I'll definitely drink it!

It's been a long time since I drank at home because of GW. I wanted to try a Junmai Ginjo from AKABU. The packaging was not quite as heavy as it looked. It is fruity and umami, and the overall taste is clean and not harsh. I'll buy it again when I see it again!

Finally, I was able to drink No.6 X-type \(^-^)/! It's so beautifully polished it's hard to believe it's sake. It comes in as smooth as wine! The unique acidity gives it a distinctly Shinmasa character. Indescribable emotion and lingering taste. I am happy! R, S, and X all have their own characteristics and are all delicious!

Sake at home again this week... Junmai Ginjo (white) from Amami, which I enjoyed last year. In addition to the freshness, the acidity is beautiful. Easy to drink and goes down easy! If I have a chance, I'd like to try Momoten next.

I was able to buy some good bonito and salted fish today. I drank at home in the evening with mellow Junmai from Shizenigo, which I enjoyed drinking at the beginning of the year. I like the balance of mouthfeel, sweetness and acidity... It's so gentle and invigorating to drink! And the costuming is good too... I'm off to work tomorrow!

新政続きですが・・今回は亜麻猫! 白麹を使用する日本酒は珍しいようですね。 少し甘めで酸が強くフルーティー! お魚に合わせるのは難しそうだけど、 つまみ無しでも楽しめそう。 女性受けしそうなお酒でした☆

Shinmasa No. 6, which is also the reason I fell in love with sake. S-type today! The mouthfeel is a bit slightly fizzy because it is a draft sake. Then, umami and acidity overflow... Really well balanced! This is the best!
