We received a rare sake called No.6 R-type Direct Pass at our favorite restaurant.
It is said to be bottled by a method called "nokumi".
It has a nice lot number!
I guess the point is that we extracted the best part of the tank.
The flavor is a little richer and more acidic than the usual R.
It tastes a little thicker and more acidic than regular R.
I am an ordinary person, and I honestly can't feel much difference between this and a regular R.
I honestly couldn't feel much difference between it and the regular R.
But it was so delicious that I finished a bottle in no time at all.
