I was recommended the "Shorebreaker" by Sawaya Matsumoto in Kyoto 😆 Ate... To go with Kyoto's sake. Tuna with avocado and green chili peppers. Speaking of Mr. Tree... The horseflies 😍 The drinks are good and the food is great 🥰 It's really the ultimate in happiness😊.

Yamahai Junmai Ginjo Shochu 16% alcohol by volume Rice polishing ratio 60%. Volume 720ml I went to Niigata Prefecture and bought it at Ponshu-kan on my way home😊. I have a weakness for the word "limited edition" 😅. I look forward to drinking it 🥰 The label on the bottle says "Limited Edition"... The box is labeled "Extreme Cold Construction" 😊. Is the thing a very cold construction and is the design exclusive to Ponshukan? Or did they substitute a box... which one is it? 🙂

Whoa 😄 not a screw cap 😆 Do you smell it when you open it? Huh? Maybe it doesn't have much of a scent 😅. Sip, savor and drink... A little tangy and pungent, but... very drinkable 😊. But... Kah, my body gets hot 😅. It was a real Japanese sake 😊. Today's entrée... Crow flounder with ponzu sauce😊 I served it with pickled bok choy 😊. It was so good! Thanks for the treat 🥰.

Oh, it smells a little gassy... I don't like the smell of gas...so I took a bite. It's a little dry, and when it goes down your throat, your throat is burning. Hmmm...
