Today's sake is here 💁.
This is Sakuya from the Tsujun Sake Brewery in Kumamoto Prefecture! This is another one I bought because it was on sale at a local product show ✨I'm looking forward to seeing how good it tastes warmed up!
The aroma of Junmai-shu is nice 🤔I quickly tried heating it up and while the aroma is faint, the taste of the rice in the mouth is just so rich and delicious! It's not too pungent even when heated up, but has just the right amount of umami and acidity to finish it off nicely ✨It goes great with the fat from the salmon chanchan-yaki (grilled salmon) that I served as a snack! This is a great marriage💕🤗
I feel like I have found a great sake! That's why I love local product shows😍I think this is a brand you probably can't buy locally, so this is a rare experience ✨.
