Here is today's sake! It's a big fool from Saitama Prefecture 🤗It's a good sake from Ogawa brewed foolishly, and I bow down to his honesty and humility! This time, the waitress recommended it as a delicious sake that can also be heated, so we tried it heated ✨. The sake was made in 2008, so it has been aged for about 6 years. It has a slight amber color when you pour it into the bottle (☺️). The aroma when cold is not so strong, but it opens up when heated. The aroma is not so strong when served cold, but when heated, it opens up with a mellow aroma that tickles the nostrils 😆 The rich flavor of the Yamahai yeast yeast is spread out in the mouth! It's so rich that even the fat from the mackerel can be washed away ✨It's an endless loop of mackerel and sake! So we had another great sake experience today 😆.
