Here is today's (or last night's, to be exact) sake! This is Kangiku from Chiba! The beautiful label is very eye-catching 😳The rice is Juhikinmu, which is new to me 🌾I can't wait to see what it tastes like 🤗.
As the label on the back says, you need to be careful when you open the bottle. ⚠️ Yes, the kind that blows out the cork! It brings back that memory of getting hit with Nabeshima! The moment I slowly took off the top lid, the cork blew out! I quickly held it with my finger 🤌safe ✨It's full of so much shwash 😆This fizzy feeling reminds me of Kumamoto's birthplace 🫧.
When you put it in your mouth, the natural fizzy feeling spreads in your mouth along with the sweetness 🤗If I were to compare it to grapes, the sweet and sour taste like plums spreads in a sizzling way! This is delicious 🤤It is also accompanied by a slight bitterness in the aftertaste when swallowed, which also enhances the sweet and sour taste ✨.
I knew that Kangiku is delicious 😋I thought that the sake that you want to drink over and over again is the truly delicious sake 🤗.
I hope you all have a wonderful time with sake ✨🍶✨!

Hello, Ankake-san!
Kangiku-san's Juhikinmu is as gassy as the rumors say it is ⤴️
And the sweetness that matches the gasiness sounds delicious 🤤.
I'm on the waiting list too, and I'm looking forward to seeing your review 😊.

Hello, Ankake-san. ‼️ I uploaded the same sake last time, but I was too drunk to write anything but "delicious" (lol).
I was too drunk to write anything but how delicious it was!
