boukenA sake brewery I didn't know came to Takatsuki Hankyu, so I went for a tasting 😊.
Fujii Sake Brewery in Usuki City, Oita Prefecture.
They were selling both sake and shochu, so they had shochu on display.
They were pushing a lot of amazake though 😁.
I drank
Ryubai Junmai Ginjo
Yamadanishiki 50% polished rice
It's a little floral, but not too much.
Basically, it's a quiet sake, so I think it's suitable for a mealtime drink.
The bottle was cool because it was so chunky!
Ryubai Special Junmai Namaisake
Ryubai Nigori Namaishu (Nigori raw sake)
Ryubai Junmai sake
The color is golden when poured, as it seems to be moderately filtered. It is a classic type of sake. It is recommended to be warmed up to lukewarm. I think it is not my favorite cold sake.
I bought two types of nama sake, so I will review them later.
I don't like nigori with added sugar, but I got a good impression of the sweetness, so I bought this one 😊. ゆうちゃんI bought it at Takashimaya. I was lured by the limited shipment only twice a year.
It has a sweet mouthfeel. It is delicious, but it is a dangerous ⚠️ sake. いのしんNice to meet you 🍶.
Unusual for this time of year.
This sake is easy to drink and can be paired with anything, making it a great everyday sake.
I would like to serve it as an everyday sake. みかれっとPurchased because it is a limited edition. Both the aroma and taste are good for sweet-tooth lovers.

I had to visit the booths of each prefecture.
I've already used more than half of my time at this point...
I have to pick up the pace. 〰︎🏃♀️🏃♀️ ジェイ&ノビィHi Tsubu 😃
I don't drink a lot of Oita sake 🍶 so this will be helpful 🤗I'm curious about the photo of the white malted rice type of Hojun 🤔It's hard to keep pace for 3 hours 😆. つぶちゃんHi Jay & Nobby😄!
Oita sake, you don't come across it very often 🙁.
This pamphlet is very easy to understand 😉👍
When I get there, I don't have time to choose.
I'll ask for this one on the spur of the moment 😂! I'm like 😂. おじさんMenu photo. The sake was delicious, with a hint of ginjo aroma and sweetness. smokyThis is the first sake I have had.
It has a great flavor, good aroma, and excellent balance.
I didn't know there was such a sake in Oita. gishi_yamaSake 🍶✨given to me by a graduate 🥰 with a wonderful aroma and sweet flavor 🥰. YOOOUI'm drinking properly!
Sake that makes you feel like you're drinking!

Oita series 😊✨ ことりA souvenir from Oita that I received a few months ago
The recommendation was to drink it cold or lukewarm.
While letting it come to room temperature, I got a classical impression.
The sweetness and umami gradually give way to spiciness.
Hmm? It's going to be rainy and cold tomorrow, so I think I'll try heating it up to lukewarm... 🍶I learned from Sake-no-wa that there's a way to drink it warmed up or cooled down.
Thank you for the food 😋😋.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Yeast: Association No. 9 みやぞーWe had a drink at our favorite izakaya in Hakata, Hasunotenashi. It has a clean but fruity flavor. It has a clean and refreshing impression that does not linger and goes well with seafood. It has been a while since I had fried horse mackerel, but it was as good as ever. It is a little far from the station, but you will never miss this restaurant. EugeneHmmm, a bit of a chemical taste in the throat... ましらのやまさんPolished rice 60% al 15 degrees
There was a festival in Oita prefecture at my workplace, and this is one of the three bottles (Nishinoseki's Junmai Bi-Gin, Ryubai's Junmai-shu and Ryubai's Daiginjo-shu) that I pre-ordered.
I couldn't resist the opportunity to compare the drinks.

Of course they didn't bring me a bottle. The color is yellow. The aroma is no longer perceptible.
The taste is ethanol-like and tart, but also sour. The aftertaste is long. It is refreshing when you eat a snack.
I felt the sweetness at the first bite, but the sweetness is less than the sourness.
It's good to have a little snack to expand the taste. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
