This is the first Miyamiya Kanmei. The pineapple aroma is light and complex, and it is sharp. No wonder this is Miyagi's number one favorite. Be careful not to drink too much.
It has been a long time since I have tasted Asahi Hawk and Kamikigen.
It was the first time for me to drink Asahi Hawk, and although it tasted more sour than before, I enjoyed it.
Kamikigen was more refreshing.
This is the first Hikari Eikiku. I felt the acidity and light gassiness quickly disappeared and the delicious taste of rice lingered in the aftertaste. I found another delicious one.
Thank you for your comment!
I spent 4 years as a student in Fukushima City, but at the time I didn't know that Fukushima sake was so good!
Now I like many of the sakes from Fukushima!
It goes from mildly sweet and tasty to slightly complex with a lingering aftertaste!
Be careful not to drink too much of any of the Masamune instruments!
I felt that the sweetness and complexity disappeared with the gassy feeling and left a lingering sweetness.
With a light aftertaste.
Be careful not to drink too much.
I bought this at Himeji station where I stopped during a business trip.
It is a classic type of sake, but as I drank it, I felt its acidity complexity.
I found it at a liquor store near the business hotel where I stayed on a business trip and bought it. I felt the light pineapple taste disappeared with a complex flavor. I will probably finish it tomorrow.
Last year I happened to buy a Jyushidai.
I opened it to celebrate the New Year.
Gorgeous aroma, good sweetness and deliciousness.
And yet it has a refreshing aftertaste.
As expected of Jyushidai!
I felt the soft sweetness was gassy and passed through my nose, leaving a complex taste and a lingering sweetness. If I find it again, I will have to buy it again.
I recently found it at a liquor store near where I work and couldn't resist buying it. I felt the sweet umami flavor lingered softly with a long aftertaste and complexity. If I find it again, I will buy it.
