The prototype Mizuhata came out in limited quantities in the fall.
This sake was brewed using the Bodhi yeast.
Compared to Mimuro Sugi's, it is thicker and has a deep, apple-like acidity.
This is also a staggered post from a summer drink.
Even though it's sake, it has a fluffy vanilla-like aroma. A mild sparkling.
The small size of the bottle makes it easy to drink up, which is great for a sparkling sake.
Akika's standard, apparently!
Rich and dry.
The acidity is high and it is mellow, but it is not too sweet and the aftertaste does not linger too long in the mouth. It is also good as a saké.
Limited edition sake from the roadside station Shitara.
It has a soft taste with unrefined sake left at the bottom of the bottle.
Many of Sekiya Jozo's sake have a soft taste, but this one is even softer.
(I was too drunk to remember the details of the aroma...)
The initial aroma is like lychee.
The same aroma spreads in the mouth at first, but the aftertaste does not linger much and it is easy to drink.
This is certainly a perfect summer sake for sipping.
Junmai Daiginjo.
This sake is brewed by a small, small sake brewery in Iga.
It has a gorgeous aroma on the first taste, but it is soft and easy to drink on the palate.
