This is the Omachi that was recommended to me last month when I told a restaurant in Tochigi (different from Nozomu and Mida) that I wanted to drink Nanamizu 🍶. This is my first Nanamizu and I personally love the taste and aroma ❗️ I had it with caprese like wine.

I was in Sapporo on business. I picked up this sake at Mitsukoshi because I really wanted to drink Hokkaido sake, even though I didn't have time to drink it. It is refreshing and clean rather than sweet and aromatic. I thought it would go well with Japanese food, so I served it with horse mackerel sashimi.

This is the second time I've had Black Phoenix 🔥 which I bought yesterday at a liquor store in Saru-Tochigi, and it's delicious 😋 without any particular reason in mind.
