The first sake of 2021 was the Tasake Zodiac Bottle. It's juicy, fruity, and wonderfully delicious. It's becoming a tradition to start the first sake of the new year with a bottle of Tasake.
My favourite CEL24 yeast. I'd only ever had it at Kameisen before, but when I went to a liquor store for the first time, I found a bottle of Katsuragi CEL24 and bought it on the spot. The taste of pineapple and ripe apples was just as I imagined. It might be lighter than the Kameisen CEL24.
Because I was slacking off on the salmon, from the home drinking of a few days ago. Hanamachi Akita Sakekomachi. This might be the best drink of the year.
It has been a long time since we took a bath in the sun. It's always delicious. I'm not sure what to say, but it's the only word that comes out of my mouth (vocabulary).
I switched my drinking vessel to a Bordeaux wine glass and noticed that it smelled like celery.
This is my first experience with Jiken no Hachitan Nishiki. Favorite sake rice x favorite brand = best & highest. Fruity but doesn't get in the way of a meal, light but not too light. Just a thank you.
My first Mimurosugi, I don't know what dio abita means (no, google it) but I got the impression it was an honor student anyway. Because it was quite a while ago when I was reviewing the pictures, and I drank the Mimurosugi! I posted this because I was. You were drunk.
It's the first time I've encountered a taste (scream of joy) of lactic acid with acidity, such as yogurt and Calpis, but the pure milk (milk) taste is unique. If you like sweet sake, I highly recommend you try this one. It's almost like a Fatty House Milky. I can't wait to try this Peko-chan Sake. It's too good to be true. It's easily one of my top 10 sakes on my list.
Today it's Sakuyami, which my wife likes. The aroma is fruity but a little subdued with a giant grape aroma. It has a mellow sweet taste of fresh Kyoho grapes and a gentle lingering aroma that makes you feel relaxed. We have had several kinds of Sakyami, but this one may be our favorite.
The aroma is a little weak but lactic acidic. The attack is also lactic acidic, like yogurt, with a rounded flavor. It is not too sweet and does not interfere with the meal at all. It has a faint but characteristic bitter taste in the aftertaste. It is like Miyamanishiki, or the bitterness accentuates the taste and is very good.
Isn't Hanamachi Akita sake too good?
It has a sweet and refreshing ginjo aroma, juicy sweetness like peaches and pears, mellow rice flavor, a sweet aftertaste that lingers on the tongue and a light aroma that goes through the nose. The balance between the attack and the lingering aroma is superb. Hanamura is famous for the technical guidance given by the 14th president, Mr. Takagi, and the staff at Ryoseki Shuzo Brewing Company, who have been able to achieve this level of perfection, are also well known for their excellent work.
The acidity of the wine is very good. The taste is mellow and mild. Speaking of Kure, the owner of the liquor store wore a Hagure Metal Kure T-shirt that was too cute, and the image is too strong.
Today is my wife's birthday, so we drank a rare sake. The specs say it's for everyday drinking, but Katsukoma-san itself is not available, so we opened a bottle today for a special day. It may be a conventional expression, but you can drink it like water. It goes well with any kind of food and you will never get bored of it even if you drink only sake. The downside is that it is hard to get.
Kamo Kinshu-sama, a regular winner of the gold medal in the competition. There is no reason why it can't suit your taste. The aroma is a little weak, but the swelling is wonderful. There is no sweetness or bitterness at all, but it's not too light and crisp. It's not too light and not too sharp.
This is Takashimizu's Dessert Jun-Gin. It may seem like there is a sake with a sweeter dessert flavor than this one, but as a sweet and savory sake, it is quite delicious. The balance of sourness and sweetness is excellent and you can drink it easily.
It was recommended to me when I told the guy at the liquor store how I liked it. It was the first in the Sairai series (I first heard of Sairai) that was launched last year, and this year's first Yoi no Kaze came in. I was very happy to meet the first saké in the series.
To be honest, it is my favorite drink. It has a fresh, sweet lychee aroma, but it's not cloying at the end. If you see this sake, I would like you to drink it. I am grateful to meet a great sake which I have not seen yet.
Nice to meet you, Marumitsu!
Sorry for the comment.
It's a very stylish sake ✨
I'd love to drink the refreshing lychee sweetness 🤤
I wonder if I can get some sake from Saitama in Tokyo?
Nice to meet you, Kanon!
We met Sairoi at the first liquor store we visited.
We were lucky because the label on the back of the bottle says it is only available at authorized stores. I think there are many special stores in Tokyo. If you see it, please come and try it.
Sanpho Chrysanthemum, which I had been longing for. I happened to stop by a liquor store and got a cute kit-kat with a cat label.
It had a fruity taste like pineapple and lychee, a piquant taste that came off the side of my tongue, and a bitter taste that followed afterwards, lingering on the palate in a slightly nutty way.
It's a little hotter than the Kin Kin (or cooler?) feels delicious.
