The second drink of the day was the Eiko Fuji SURVIVAL Okegawa Dai-2-Kojo Dan, although the shop where we bought it will be revealed. I went with the second paratrooper because the second paratrooper had a slightly lower sake level than the first (I like sweet sake). It has a sweetness like cotton candy in the mouth that I can't imagine from the Rambo feeling on the label, and a slight bitterness at the end. All of Eiko Fuji's sake is good (surprise)

The aroma of wooden barrels is very impressive. The first cup is just the supernatant and the second cup is stirred and cloudy. The first one is the supernumerary and the second one is the muddy. The bitterness of the supernumerary has a strong bitterness and the muddy one has a lactic acid flavor. But I thought I was not good at the turtle's tail and I thought I could get over it with the Senjotori, but... (You can understand).

Koshihikari 90 straight unpasteurized sake from Kangiku Meichosama. Challenge Brewing 2019 [trial brewing] No, wait a minute, 90% polished Koshihikari rice is the kind of rice that tastes great when cooked and eaten normally. How can you make such a delicious sake with low polished rice? This is an amazing sake that will make you wonder how such a good sake can be made with low polished rice. The mild flavor of the rice and the gasiness give it a refreshing taste. It is undeniably delicious.

I saw this at a mass-market liquor store where I went to buy water and soda water and bought it. My daughter-in-law bought it because of the cute label, but it's usually delicious. I think the sake sold at mass merchandisers can be good for beginners to try if it's at this level.

Kuteo from Amataka Brewery. It's the nature of boys that when they hear the word "ku-o" they think of Nine Lamas from Naruto (not related at all). I bought a jacket of this one, but I honestly like it a lot. The fact that it's a Jun Daiginjo but it's a tokubunin is also appealing, and the lightness of the brew, which makes it easy to drink even at 17%, is also very dangerous.

We drank the Rz55 Summer Evolution by Ryoseki Shuzo in the afternoon during the Bon holidays. It's a nice summer sake, but it's very hearty and great for drinking in an air-conditioned room at a hot time. It was refreshing and not too sweet at +6.5 on the Japanese sake scale. The label, which says in English that it is brewed directly from a tank, and a stylish label are also good.

This is a spring-only Hana Sanran from Tonoike Brewery. We didn't get to drink it until summer, but we only got it recently, so I can't blame myself. I don't know the rice, but it has a full, sweet taste, like Omachi, and the pungent alcohol flavors cut through the mouth as it goes down the throat.

Abe's standard Junmai, commonly known as Black. I had a strong (old) image of Niigata as a simple dry sake, but the flavor and the acidity make it easy to drink, and it's the perfect sake to enjoy while eating. It's also my wife's favorite sake.

This is my first time to drink Gakki Masamune. I asked my friend for a recommendation for a simple sake, and he recommended the Gakki Masamune Green Label, so I bought it (a brand I'd been interested in for some time). I hadn't had a honjozo in a while, but it was surprisingly good.

You may know that Kamo Kinshu of the Konko Shuzo brewery, which always wins gold medals at new sake competitions, etc. Kamokinshu was the first to brew a summer brew with Junmai-type sake. It is a dry and refreshing summer sake. It's a Junmai-shu with a robust flavor, but it goes down smoothly and is perfect for hot, humid days.

Whiskey is not the only delicious sake to be found in Hakushu, the home of famous water. The aroma is modest and it is hard to guess the taste from the aroma, but when you drink it, the sweetness is beautiful and does not linger, the rice flavor is strong and delicious, and the alcohol-derived pungency and a slight bitterness cut through. The famous water of Hakushu is to be feared.

Kaze no Mori Omachi 407 Challenge Edition. This is the first time that Omachi 40% of the rice has been milled, and as a fan of Kaze no Mori and a lover of Omachi, I can't overlook this one. The sweet and refreshing aroma of Omachi, the sweetness and acidity of peonies that goes perfectly with the gasiness of Kaze no Mori. The equation of Kaze no Mori and Omachi = absolutely delicious.

It is made only in the Olympic year. The scent is not strong, but as soon as you open it, the fruity scent makes your nostrils happy. Is it because of the Alzoe effect? It's sweet and alcoholic pungent, with a bitterness afterwards that's not sweet and goes well with food. Is this a silver medal? I'm worried about the gold medal, but the Iemi is a rare item (far away).

This is the first Kanchiku. It is a summer-only sake with a refreshing aroma with a slight sour taste and excellent sharpness. The name, OCEAN 99, is also wonderful and you can feel the Kujukuri Coast. The concept of this sake makes me think of blue sky and sea. Stylish sake.
