Mountain Kotobuki given to me as a birthday present. It's already the end of the line to have sake chosen as a gift. With Motsu-nabe Fukuoka is all about motsu nabe, right? Sourness impression I think it's a little strong. It's good with miso soup.

A bottle recommended by a liquor store. I like ogara-mi, so I'm looking forward to it! I've heard it's a little sweet, but the supernatant is quite sweet. Maybe it's a little more refreshing when mixed with orikara. But it's delicious! It's easy to drink because it's unpasteurized.

I finally found this drink. I really understand the conditions of purchase and how you feel, but what can you do about it? It's a pretty good contribution to the sake industry, you know? The aroma is calm, nothing special. It's refreshing and you can drink it in gulps like water. Not too strong, and this is delicious. I'll drink it with care. It started to hit me hard after the third day.
