Purchased at an event sale at one of the department stores. I bought it at a department store event.
I was surprised to find that the sake had a sweetness and aroma that spread from the moment I put it in my mouth. It has a clean aftertaste that is easy to drink even for those who prefer dry sake. I hope to have the chance to try it again.

Junmai-shu with little aroma and no habits.
I wanted to warm it up, but today I'll drink it cold.
It was at Yodobashi Camera Kofu, so I wonder if it's available all over Japan.
It was the first Aizu sake I drank in Yamanashi.

The moment you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sake flavor.
The aftertaste disappears easily.

This is a sake tasting set from a Japanese inn in Nichinan, Miyazaki called Gohen no Hana.
This is the highest rank.
When I saw it later at a souvenir shop, it cost 3,400 yen for a four-pack.
It has a gorgeous aroma. Easy to drink.

It is the local sake which is put in the Ryokan (Miyazaki but Kumamoto).
Dry & full
I felt a little sour at first, but when I matched it with food, I could drink it well.

A dry sparkling sake that I finally came across.
Very easy to drink. It has the mouthfeel of a dry champagne, but with the taste of sake. The carbonation is a bit stronger than light carbonation.
The price is about the same for a two-pack bottle as for a regular Haneya four-pack bottle.
In other words, it is double the price.
It's a bit expensive for daily use, but it's within reach when you want to splurge a bit.

I bought it to try it out because I often see it in various supermarkets and department stores. It tastes a little alcoholic, but it's worth the cost.

It can be purchased at the same mail order shop as Hakurakusei.
It is easy to drink without the habit whether good or bad. I feel a little sourness when time passes.

We tasted a Yogo bottle to make a gift of a bottle.
The taste is very mellow and easy to drink. It's more assertive in the umami department than the regular Hakurakusei, but that's okay too. Even though it is expensive, it is not too expensive at 10,000 yen for a bottle. You can't get it on a daily basis, but you can get it by mail order, so if you want to give it as a gift, I think it's good.

It has a crisp dry mouthfeel with a sweet aftertaste. There is not much peculiarity and it is easy to drink. It is a type that does not interfere with food, but it also has an image that is a little assertive.
