A dry sparkling sake that I finally came across.
Very easy to drink. It has the mouthfeel of a dry champagne, but with the taste of sake. The carbonation is a bit stronger than light carbonation.
The price is about the same for a two-pack bottle as for a regular Haneya four-pack bottle.
In other words, it is double the price.
It's a bit expensive for daily use, but it's within reach when you want to splurge a bit.
