The rest is just a record of what I drank. All of them were delicious, but the one that left the strongest impression was the one I just mentioned! Koshiji-no-Kenbai was just as described. Waraku Gozon was sharp and dry. Maybe it would have been better to heat it up? Koshinohomare Sai, Tsunan, and Midorikawa are all safe and pleasant.

It tastes clearly different from the sake I've had in the past! The aftertaste is kind of like cheese, thick and stinky in a good way, and I would love to drink it while eating meat or something. I want to try this kind of overly distinctive sake!

Junmai Ginjo. Ponshukan's most popular sake. Since I'm a meek person, I liked it very much, so number one was very close to number one. It is a fruity osake that is not too sweet and has a soft melon-like flavor. I just want to drink it when I just want to drink sake without any snacks.

Junmai. I was so ignorant that I had no idea about the types of sake, but recently I have become a little more aware of it (too late). I like Junmai rather well. This one is so acidic! I've never had a sake with such a strong acidity, so it was interesting!

I went to Ponshukan for the first time in a while, so I'm posting this for the first time in a while! Tatomo is really good, and I understand what you said about the mangoes. I think it's too good fruit juice. I used to not drink much sweet sake, but I've changed my mind since I started drinking this stuff! I didn't buy anything because I wanted to reduce my luggage, but next time I have the energy, I'll definitely buy some.

I'm an idiot so I don't know what kind of sake they serve, but the master said they only serve junmai sake, and this one was delicious, so I decided I like junmai sake, too. This is one of the few places in Kichijoji (that I don't know about) where one person can only drink one sake.

I drank a bottle of osake a while ago. I compared it to the Tomikyucho that my friend was drinking, and we laughed because they tasted so much alike. I like it a lot because it tastes so refreshing and easy to drink, but I would like to drink something other than this.

I drank this when I went to a restaurant that was a "cost something" kind of place. I'll put a picture of it as a record, but in the end I had a feeling that drunken whales would be fine, so the subject was drunken whales. The one from Kaze no Mori was a bit carbonated and tasty. I'm glad I was able to enjoy a little bit of everything, so I want to go back and document it properly!

I bought a bottle when I was in Shizuoka and it was sitting in the fridge, so I opened it up (^^). I didn't expect much from a cheap sake, but it had a good flavor and a good sharpness, and the small bottle is perfect for a minimalist one-person evening drink!

Souvenirs from this trip to Yuzawa. I'm drinking it now. It has a slight sweetness, a slight sourness, a slight bitterness, and a soft aftertaste that disappears quickly, just like a soft wind! Just like a gentle breeze! The name, which sounds like an original name, is also good. This seems like a minor sake, but I would recommend it to others.

A friend recommended it to me. I was comparing it with Koshinokagetora, and I think they are quite similar in genre, but this one is fuller? I don't know what "full" means. I don't know, but it has that kind of quality to it.

After drinking too much at Kenshin, we went to a second pub nearby. This one was also near Echigo Yuzawa station, and was a nice place called "Donnomi". We started with my favorite, Koshino Kagetora. It's perfect for those who like dry and light beer.

When I drank it, the first thing I said was, "It tastes like sake! It was dry and had the smell of what I think sake should be. I love sake, but I really don't have the vocabulary for it. Half the time, I drink too much, and I'm trying to spread the word about Kenshin.
