ぴーすSouvenirs from this trip to Yuzawa. I'm drinking it now.
It has a slight sweetness, a slight sourness, a slight bitterness, and a soft aftertaste that disappears quickly, just like a soft wind! Just like a gentle breeze!
The name, which sounds like an original name, is also good.
This seems like a minor sake, but I would recommend it to others. 金猫魔Kintsuru Junmai Sake Kazeyawaraka
The name "Kazeyawaraka" comes from the "calligraphy" of Taiboku Inaba, a calligrapher from Sado Island.
Mr. Inaba took two characters of "Kaze" from the preface of a poem in the Manyoshu (an anthology of Japanese poetry), "It is the first month of spring, and the wind is soft and gentle. It is said that the two characters of "Fuwa" were taken from the text, "The orchid smells like incense after a long time.
It is made from rice grown on Sado Island and polished to 60% and fermented at low temperature for a long time.
This is also a souvenir from Niigata Sake Shaba Parti, Kato Sake Brewery of Kanazuru. I hadn't seen much of it, but I'd never had Kanetsuru at home, so I finally got my Sado Sake Brewery lid comp.
Good couple's day.
At room temperature, it's quite refreshing and light on the palate.
It is a sake that warms up.
It is soft, slightly sweet, and
The firm acidity
The acidity gives it a deep rice flavor.
It's a little dry with a smooth finish.
It's delicious!
