Brought to a friend's housewarming party.
Not red and white, but red and blue Tatenogawa Muga Red and Blue bottles.
We drank the red bottle before and found it refreshingly sweet and gorgeous, so we compared it with the blue set.
The blue bottle has a stronger and deeper flavor than the red bottle. It might depend on the meal.
Personally, I am torn, but I think it is Red.
Wandered around near Asakusabashi looking for a place to drink sake. I found a nice store. The owner's tastes and the type of sake I've been into recently were a perfect match. It was delicious.
It went well with the tai meshi (rice with sea bream) that I finished off with, and I was able to drink it easily. I had to taste and chew a little more.
Anyway, it was delicious.
I remember bringing it as a New Year's greeting gift for a client a long time ago. So I bought it but never drank it, so I was impressed to be able to drink it.
I thought it was refreshing, but the flavor was rich.
The moment I drank it, I thought it was too good to drink because of its gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste.
I was told that only one bottle of this precious sake is produced each year. I was very satisfied.
