Today we had our first barbeque of the year. It's a waste to drink it, but while it's still delicious, it's brewed by brewer Kuheiji ✨✨✨✨. This was ❣️highly delicious☺️✨. The sweetness is refreshing and the gasiness of the sake makes it easy to drink as much as you want 😌 Everyone raved about it so much they drank it right away ‼️I hope I can buy it again next year 😌.

I️ got my 3rd vaccine 💉 on the 11th and I️ feel fine, but my arm is very itchy and the lymph in my side is swollen and hurts so much😭💦. But 2 days passed, so I opened my Izumikawa today ☺️✨. It was easy to drink with no messy taste 😌 and the aftertaste was crisp and dry 🍶☺️✨. I think I'll split it up again a few times and enjoy the change in taste 😃.

It's so delicious😋! The taste of the rice is so concentrated that the flavor lingers in your mouth forever ☺️. The home-grown edamame went well with the oyster hot pot😋. It's been a while since I've had too much to drink and I'm a bit hungover today... 🤣💦

This month's hanpukai was Mimurosugi Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki😃. Opening the package, the aroma of sweet rice, sweetness but with concentrated flavor, very flavorful and delicious✨. It went very well with miso hormone and yacon kinpira 😋.

Today, oden and Tasake Special Junmai Sake Yamadanishiki✨. Denshu is my favorite sake. There are so many different kinds of sake that I want to try them all🎶. I think I drank about 7 different kinds ☺️. I've had about 7 different kinds of sake 🎶 I think ☺️ Yamada-nishiki is a little more refreshing than regular junmai-shu, but still delicious😋. I love the rice flavor, aroma and aftertaste of this sake😍✨. I'd love to try more of these in the future as they get better and better with time 🥰💕.

I'm not too happy about it, but it's my birthday today, so I opened a bottle of Tobiroki Daiginjo 😊✨. It was definitely very good 😍💕. The aroma, flavor, and aftertaste were perfect 🤗✨. I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to enjoy it again, but I'm sure I will.

I was invited to a house barbecue in the Tokachi✨ neighborhood, so I brought it in and opened it. It had a solid sake rice flavor and a very nice aroma that I quite liked. The aftertaste also left a sweetness in my mouth, and I enjoyed it very much. Sake is really delicious😍💕.

Sake shop's regular distribution. This month it's the Shinsei Lapis. It's a little pricey, but I'm really looking forward to receiving a variety of sake every month from now on😊✨. It's very refreshing and fruity, and since it's only 13 degrees, I was able to drink it easily.

Hirotogawa Special Junmai✨. My husband, who doesn't often say "delicious ️" when he drinks various kinds of sake, raved about how delicious this one was ✨. First glass after opening was delicious😋Second glass was even more delicious as the flavor spread😋✨. The rest of the day, it tastes even better 😊I'm getting more and more addicted to the depth of sake 😍💕.

The second stage of our relatives' big party was Jyoshito Kuheiji Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 50% Polishing Ratio. It's a sake I've been wanting to try, so I was excited ⤴️⤴️⤴️! It was very easy to drink, and it was very dry, which I quite like. I'll have to get this one in a bottle next time ✨✨✨✨. I've been drinking a lot of Junmai Ginjo lately, and I've found that it's just as flavorful and delicious 🤔.

Today, my relatives came over, so I opened a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo from Tasake. It was easy to drink at first sip after chilling it very cold. When it became a little room temperature, the sweetness, umami, and balance of the sake were so good that it was delicious! It would be a shame to drink a whole bottle today, so we'll have to wait until next time😁.
