Fusano Kankiku純米大吟醸 剣愛山 おりがらみ無濾過生原酒
Ryohei
2025.119th.
The original version of Kangiku's Ken Aizan! It's really an exquisite one!
The name of the place is called "Ken-Aizan" after the mountain, which is difficult to grow only in Hyogo Prefecture, but it was successfully grown at the foot of Mt. It is a very rare rice, and only Kurakuraku and Kangiku are allowed to use it.
We were able to get such a valuable sake two years in a row.
The taste is rich and mellow, like Aizan, with a fruity taste like a grape.
It has a lingering taste that raises the level of happiness.
The richness is further enhanced by the fact that it is a blend of two different varieties. The slight fizziness was also excellent and superb.
I am looking forward to another one next year!
Thank you very much for the food!
