It's been a while since I've had nigori sake: ❤️
I still like nigori! Since it was described as a "big sweet" sake, I was expecting a sweet toro like Shirakawa-go, but the high alcohol content made it more guttural than sweet! I like it though! I wonder if it had a rice-like taste.
I guess 3-4 different alcohol content makes a difference 😲 Is this the limit for me (?)? 😇😭
