It was probably the easiest drink I've ever had, just because it's called peach! It has a 🧐 slight peach aroma 🍑. Reason for purchase→Most colored sakes until now have been liqueurs, but this one is a sake made from domestic rice. The yeast itself is red, hence the pink color. Item: Sake, 12-13% alcohol by volume Rice polishing ratio: 65% (Akebono) Amino acidity: 1.0, Acidity: 3.8, Sake meter: -44
