I bought it during my trip to Otaru, because it is a traditional Ainu sake and limited to Otaru. ✈️ It has a low alcohol content and is light, sweet and easy to drink. It is what is called "refreshingly light and sweet"? I'm not sure 🧐. Item: Other brews? 🤨. Alcohol percentage 10%. Ingredients : Millet and rice malt (both from Hokkaido)
