Sake I drank at Ichizen in Okayama Prefecture.
It was recommended to me as it was sour but sweet in the store.
It was sweet at first, but when it goes down your throat, it's spicy.
It goes really well with sea bream sashimi. ❤️ I wonder if the dry sake goes well with soy sauce 🧐 I'm too inexperienced to understand the sourness. ‼︎‼︎ ( ;) I heard "Kamishin" is sweet and recommended!
