Sweet. Not much acidity, so the sweetness comes straight from the bottle. I was told at the sake shop that it was spicier than it looked, but it is sweet! It was my first trip to Kumamoto, and I drank many kinds of sake, but most of them were sweet and strong. It's good for a strong taste.
