A friend of mine was able to get a good bottle of sake that is hard to drink, and he gave us a banquet... Yamada Nishiki. Quite sweet, but with a profound and clean aftertaste, but with a long, rich aftertaste ✨.

Annual event. Can't start without it. 100% Miyamanishiki from Aizu A gem made with Utsukushima sparkling yeast It has a nice sharpness, but it is mellow, and the spiciness comes at first, followed by a lingering sweetness...delicious! The label on the back of the bottle has a nice touch that wasn't there last year. A chic thoughtfulness! This is not a omikuji, but as I haven't drawn a fortune this year, as a New Year's man, I'm kind of happy ✨.
