I haven't had this sake since I drank it 5 or 6 years ago, so there may be some discrepancies or confusion in my memory, but I remember it tasted more like Shaoxing sake, with a sourness to it, than the so-called sweet sake.
Is it similar to Shaoxing sake? I was impressed the first time I tasted Kagamiyama (Kawagoe, Saitama) noble brewed sake, but then I found out that there is a considerable difference in taste between the different breweries, so I asked you about it.
Thank you very much.
