Recommendation from a friend whose hometown is Okayama!
It's the same brewery as tohachi we drank last time 😆.
When you open it, you'll hear a pshoo sound, but it's not that carbonated, and it's sweeter than tohachi.
But it's not too sticky, and the aftertaste is just a hint, so it's totally good as a food sake 👌👌.
This time it matched with dashimaki egg 🍳.
