I managed to endure the forest wind without drinking it up and was able to go to the snow house next 🤣. One of my all-time favorite brands! It's a good sake with a gentle and fluffy aroma, and it's easy to drink! I haven't been able to buy it lately because I wanted to try a lot of things I didn't know about, but it was still stable and delicious 🙂.

Freshly opened and sour! Refreshing aroma, sweetness, and acidity like white wine. It's like a gorgeous sake. The man at the sake shop said. "Don't finish it, but enjoy the changes over time. I'm going to try my best to enjoy it without finishing it.

It's refreshing and easy to drink. I guess the water smells like rice lol. It goes well with just about anything, so I guess it's suitable for sipping. But I finished it before I heated it up, so I'd like to try heating it up next time I have a chance.

The aroma is intense, but the taste is refreshing. But it also has a delicious aftertaste. It has a complex taste, and I wonder if there are different tastes. Personally, it was surprisingly delicious with the pumpkin stew. I think it became a little easier to drink after letting it sit for a little while.
