It's a clean, refreshing sake with a hint of sweetness and a little sourness (just like the description on the back). I happened to drink it at an Izakaya in Goi, and it left an impression on me for a long time, so I finally found it in Aizu, and I had a hard time deciding which one to buy. There was no doubt about it! I love it!

I got this sake at Sota Watanabe Shoten in Aizu. It has a refreshing yet satisfying taste, with just the right amount of rice and acidity. It's really good, and I can't stop drinking it. I think it would be a great sake for a meal. It's delicious!

A strange kind of sake that uses 80% brown rice. It's thick and a little brownish in appearance. The aroma has a strong rice flavor. The aroma is more rice-like, and when you drink it, the taste is much stronger and more powerful! But it also has a slight carbonation and a bit of sweetness, so it has a strong personality but is well balanced and delicious! Hard water is perfect for this!

Purchased @ Hasegawa Sake Shop. Clear but fruity, very, very much to my liking! Yuta is delicious too! I love it! The label that says it's a stone's throw away is also stylish, modern and lovely* I'll buy this one again!

Great flavor! It's so fruity! But the aftertaste is refreshing, and the slight carbonation makes the tongue tingle, so it's not overpowering at all. I can drink it all day long, it's so good! It was great when I drank it with grilled sea bream on the side.
