Doala and Futaba! I found this sake when I came back to Aichi, and I thought it was for me, a Dragons fan from Okazaki, so I bought it without hesitation! LOL!
The aroma is modest. When you take a sip, it has a sweet aroma, a strong umami taste, a little sourness, and a fruity bitter aftertaste. But it's so refreshing, my favorite flavor! Delicious!
I'm so proud that my favorite local Okazaki sake tastes so good.(*^_^*) Is it because I'm from Aichi that I find both Kiheiji and Futaragi so delicious? If I meet them again when I come back to Japan, I'll buy a different Doala patterned Futari next time.

It was unanimously voted the best at Salmon Labo Tokyo! The Mimurosugi that became the Mimurosugi. At home, we have a dewlap style, Junmai Daiginjo.
It has a mild sweetness, but it has a sour taste and it is refreshing. But it's not too refreshing, it has a decent bitter aftertaste like a grapefruit. It's a beautiful but not too beautiful (that's a big compliment) drink. Mmmm... Delicious! These will be gone soon. LOL!

開けた瞬間甘い香り。飲むとお味はどーんと甘い中にぴりっと微炭酸、でも最後に辛さが残るのが美味しい〜。ただ甘いだけじゃないのがいい。味が濃ゆくて、ちびちび飲むお酒だな〜。冷やして飲むのがわたしは好き。
