It was there for a day, so I bought it! The aroma is acidic and rather hard. The taste is not that sour, but has a gentle sweetness and a fairly clean sake quality with a nice bitterness that gradually disappears. It is delicious! However, I think the price is a bit high. But it is a bit expensive, which is understandable considering the beautiful quality of the sake. I will keep an eye on it and buy more!

I've been wanting to drink Aizan from the Wind Forest, so here it is! The aroma is apple-like, sour and hard as described. The taste is yummy! It is sweet and delicious, with a very strong flavor! It is sweet and delicious, and the flavor is very intense! It also has a nice fizz to it, so it's very lively, and that's delicious! This is a must buy! I was curious, so i bought it! I'm going to pair it with sushi! The aroma is not that gorgeous, but rather sweet. The taste is beautiful with a gentle sweetness, and the bitterness is moderate. It is of course delicious on its own, but it would also go well with sashimi and other dishes! I think it can go with just about anything. There is no sense of acidity, so I think it is perfect for Japanese food. It's delicious! I knew Miyazumi and Shara Sharaku would go well with Japanese food! I would like to buy it regularly in the future.

It's the third installment! I'm so excited! The aroma is a little sweet with a hint of sourness that is typical of Amami. The sweetness stands out more than the sourness, and rather than the usual gentle sweetness, it is sweet and delicious at first, followed by a strong bitterness that finishes off the taste. The sweetness is more pronounced than the sourness. If you drink it blind, you may not be able to tell that it is Tenbi. The sweetness is a bit like sweet strawberries. I haven't bought a cold chrysanthemum in ages! I'm looking forward to it! The smell is pineapple! I can't stand it. The taste is so delicious, even the amaurosis is delicious! It has a fizzy and sour taste, so it is not simply sweetness alone. There is no bitterness at all, and at the end, there is a pineapple aroma and a pineapple taste, and it ends with a pineapple flavor, and it is so delicious! Well, this is delicious! I'm so glad I bought it! Kangiku is pretty sweet, so I kind of shied away from it, but this one isn't too sweet, so that's good! The sweetness is kept to a good level. I figured I could drink Senkou, so I bought it by the bottle! The aroma is quite hardy and a bit cemedine-like. The taste is wow, it's so delicious! It has a nice sweetness and umami with a sourness that is typical of Senkyoku, and it finishes slowly with bitterness. This is a must buy! It is so good! It is rather dry, but you can taste the umami, so it is totally different from other dry beets like Kabutushi. I am so glad I bought a bottle! Thank you for such a great sake!

I got the urge to drink some Tenbi, so I did! The aroma is pretty hard-hitting, I guess. Maybe because it is fire-aged. The taste is sour and bitter, and the balance is great! Personally, I would prefer it to be a little cooler, but that can't be helped. The sweetness is rather moderate, and even when the temperature rises, there is a subtle sweetness that is delicious! Tenbi is still the best! I think I'll go buy some more tomorrow... Thanks again for your delicious sake!

Today is our wedding anniversary and it's chirashi sushi, so I'm going with hiroki! The aroma is fragrant and typical of Tobiroki, which is typical of sake. The taste is consistent and delicious! It has a strong flavor, so it doesn't seem to be overpowered by food. As the temperature rises, you can feel the cleanliness of the sake. It also has a little bit of Shinsei. However, it also has a sweetness that makes it drinkable without feeling alcoholic. What makes it different from Senkou Beetle is the lack of bitterness. Beetle has a bitter taste, giving it a lemon squash feel, but Sunburst has more acidity than sweetness, and I don't feel any bitterness at all. Beetle seems to go really well with food, but Koei Chrysanthemum tastes wonderful as a stand-alone product. Kouei Kiku is delicious! I am also looking forward to the new sake season.
