I bought this at Yajima Sake Shop the other day, so I'll open it! The aroma is sour-toned, with a slight scent of sweetness. The taste is sweet with a strong sweetness and not much sourness, with a beautiful sake quality and a strong sweetness. The regular Masamune has a sweetness and acidity base, but the sweetness stands out beautifully. The beautiful quality of the sake and the slight bitterness make it hard to get tired of drinking. The higher the temperature, the more sweetness is felt. It is delicious. I'm curious about Aizan, and if it's still available, I'd love to have some!
