I was curious, so i bought it! I'm going to pair it with sushi!
The aroma is not that gorgeous, but rather sweet. The taste is beautiful with a gentle sweetness, and the bitterness is moderate. It is of course delicious on its own, but it would also go well with sashimi and other dishes! I think it can go with just about anything. There is no sense of acidity, so I think it is perfect for Japanese food. It's delicious! I knew Miyazumi and Shara Sharaku would go well with Japanese food! I would like to buy it regularly in the future.
