It's the third installment! I'm so excited!
The aroma is a little sweet with a hint of sourness that is typical of Amami. The sweetness stands out more than the sourness, and rather than the usual gentle sweetness, it is sweet and delicious at first, followed by a strong bitterness that finishes off the taste. The sweetness is more pronounced than the sourness. If you drink it blind, you may not be able to tell that it is Tenbi. The sweetness is a bit like sweet strawberries. It is best to drink it with Japanese food with sweet soy sauce, such as sweet teriyaki, or by itself. Thanks again for the great sake! This one was great again! Looking forward to the last one too!
