The aroma is typical of Kaze no Mori, with a nice sourness and a hint of koji! The taste is still fresh and crisp, with a sourness, but the sweetness is gentle and disappears quickly. The alcohol content is 10, so there is almost no alcohol taste. As the temperature rises, the sweetness comes out and it is nice. It is a good sake as a stand-alone item. It's great as a toast or first drink! It has a beautiful sake quality, it's easy to drink, and it has a sweetness to it that's just great! I knew Kaze no Mori was great! Thank you for everything.
