It is Kudokibe for the first sake in a long time! The aroma is gorgeous and pineapple-like. The taste is based on sweetness, but with a good amount of bitterness, and eventually it finishes with a bitter taste. It's delicious because it finishes with a nice kick without being too sweet! 3800 yen for a bottle and this rice polishing ratio is too cheap w thanks to the delicious sake!

I was able to buy an honored chrysanthemum and will open it! The aroma is sour and hard-edged. The taste is sweet and acidic, but gently quiets down with an orangey bitterness. The initial sweetness is reminiscent of a ripe orange. Delicious! I personally recommend drinking it neat on its own! I would buy it again if I had the chance!

This time it is classic Omachi! The aroma is sour and strong. On the palate, the acidity is present, but the sweetness and umami are coming through! Today I would like to pair it with sushi, but it is perfect! It has a strong umami flavor, so I think it will go well with any dish. Even if you drink it by itself, I think you can drink it for a long time with a surprisingly clean aftertaste! It is a really delicious sake!

I decided on Senkou for my GW sake! The aroma is dry and hard-edged. The taste is based on acidity, and the sweetness is quite moderate, and it slowly finishes in harmony with the dryness. There is no doubt about Sentori! Today I paired it with sukiyaki, but I think it goes with anything. Thanks for the always delicious Sentori!

It's GW, so I open it! The aroma is acidic, woody, and somewhat dry. On the palate, the acidity is subdued and the taste is sweet and umami. The astringency of the wooden vat leaves a lingering aftertaste. After all, Shinmasa is delicious! I think it was good that it was allowed to mature. Thank you for this delicious sake!

Hello Keitei-san! I see you have opened a Varigian for GW! I also have a 2021 laying around 😁. Keitei's is a success in aging👍. I'll open mine next GW 😊.

It's been a long time since I've seen Amami! And it is fresh! The aroma is sour and sweet like a white peach. The taste is sour with a touch of sweetness, followed by a nice bitterness. It is still delicious! It tastes like white peaches and is extremely delicious! It is perfect for keeping on hand. Thank you for this delicious sake!

It's nothing, but I'll open it! The aroma is sour and a bit dry, like a golden osmanthus. On the palate, the sourness comes quickly at first, then comes a hint of sweetness, and then lemon-like acidity, bitterness, and umami. It is a taste that has been perfected! It can be enjoyed on its own. I think it is good with carpaccio. It's delicious after all! Thank you for this delicious sake!

It was a gift! I will pair it with sukiyaki! The aroma is gorgeous and sweet, typical of Otters. The taste is sweet and umami on the palate, but the aftertaste is a bit twisted. I have an image of Otters being a little more refreshing, but I think the aftertaste is not so good. It was a gift and I received it at room temperature when I got it, so maybe it was not stored well. I guess storage conditions are important. I am a little disappointed because it is expensive. I would like to buy one in a good storage condition by myself someday.

It's an ordinary day, but I open the one I've been saving! The aroma is sour, but still rather pleasant. The taste is sour, but with a definite sweetness and umami! Since it has been left to sit, there is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. On the other hand, since it was left out, the sweetness has been extended and it is delicious! I think Tenbi is the best after all! It's an uneventful day, but I am thankful for good sake!

The bottle is open because it is to be paired with sushi! The aroma is sour and reminiscent of white peaches. On the palate, it has a sourness, but the sweetness comes rushing in, and it finishes with umami and a gentle bitterness. It is delicious! It is one of the flagships of the company. It goes well with sushi and is great on its own! Thank you for a truly delicious sake!

I was lucky enough to get a bottle, so I'm opening it on an uneventful day. The aroma is rather hardy, as if it comes from minerals. The taste is quite restrained in sweetness, with a hint of sweetness at first, but then it finishes with a complex flavor from bitterness. As a pairing, I think it goes well with Japanese food and sushi! The bottle is cute! Thanks for the delicious sake!

I was able to buy a seasonal product from Senkyoku! The aroma is of sourness and koji, with a hint of sweetness. The taste is sweet on the palate, but the dryness is weakened by the nigori, and the aftertaste is dry and tannic, just like cherry blossoms! Thanks for the always delicious Sentori!

It's a new one, the first Koei Chrysanthemum we've had in a while! The aroma is hard but has a sour and sweet aroma typical of Koeihiku in the back. The taste is fresh, with a touch of bitterness and alcohol, and a sweet and umami aftertaste. It is a bit heavy and alcoholic compared to other wines, but I think it is an easy-drinking wine! I'm going to pair it with sushi today! I love Koei-Kiku! Thanks for the delicious sake!

I'm opening it today to celebrate! On the nose, it smells nice, sour and sweet! The taste is delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness, but with a touch of astringency from the wooden vat! Overall, I feel it has a good balance. The acidity is there and the sweetness and the wooden vat are well balanced! I still think the wooden vat is great! I think it is better on its own, though. Thanks for the good sake!

It's been a while since I've had an instrumental Masamune! The aroma is not high, dry I guess. The taste has a very clean sake quality, with acidity, but it is dry, and it finishes beautifully and slowly. I think it goes well with anything as a food sake, and it is also easy to drink on its own, so I think it goes well at all. It's been a while since I've had a Masamune, but it's good!

This is the second bottle of Momoten. The aroma is sour, as is typical of Tenbi. The taste is gentle, with a bit of bitterness. However, there is no doubt that it is delicious! It's easy to drink! Since I posted this last time, I'll just leave it at that.

Match it with seafood. The aroma is quite gorgeous. The taste is quite sweet, and it goes down smoothly without much alcohol. It is a stable taste! I had the impression that Mottojikon had a strong bitter taste, but this one is rather refreshing! I wonder if it is evolving. I think it goes well with sashimi and sushi! Thanks for the delicious sake!

I had the opportunity to buy some! The aroma is sour and slightly muscat-like. The taste is sweetness first, followed by bitterness and sourness, and comes together nicely. It is similar to Shinmasa, but the sweetness is more pronounced than Shinmasa. It's sake, but it's delicious without being sake-y or alcohol-y! I know it's only for this period, but it's delicious! Too bad you can't buy it. As a pairing, I would say sashimi or a single dish. I think it would lose out if it is strong flavored. Thanks for the delicious sake!

It's peach heaven! The aroma is dry, but the taste is dry, but the dryness is softened by the orikomi, which gives it a little sweetness. The flavor is dry, but the dryness is softened by the ageing and a little sweetness can be felt. The dryness makes the sweetness seem less, but it's definitely tasty! I'm so happy to have this springtime Amami!

I purchased this with my Momoten pickup. The aroma is sour and white peach-like, typical of Tenbi. The taste is beautifully sour and sweet. I can't get enough of it. Great on its own or with a meal! I drink it all the time, so I won't say any more about it, thanks to the delicious sake!
